Dear Tenant,
We are in the process of changing management and have engaged a professional
management team. We expect protocols to remain in place. Our office hours of operation will be
9:30 am -6:00 pm M-F. Saturday Hours: 1st and last of every month from 9:00 am-12:00 pm.
We will be taking payments for your water utility services for Coastal Water Company
and Coastal Water & Sewerage, LLC. If you have not received your gate code to access your
unit, please contact the office.
We appreciate your support and are happy to have you as a customer. Your invoices can
be paid in person or mailed to 1262 N Columbia Ave, Rincon, GA 31326. Payments can be made
via cashier’s check, money order, or debit/credit card. NO CASH is accepted AND NO
EXCEPTIONS.
We are committed to providing you with quality and professional service. Effective January 1,
2026, a rate increase of $5.00 will be in effect for all spaces and units.
